The Angel Inn, Yarwell, Nr Peterborough

he Angel Inn is a traditional 17th century pub set in the East Northamptonshire village of Yarwell – just one mile from the A1 and A47 junction.

We are proud to offer a relaxed, casual and friendly atmosphere and always a warm welcome.

There’s plenty of character from the outside and many characters within! This is how good pubs used to be – a real pub for real people without a trace of pretentiousness!

Lovely warm open fire, real ales and and an extensive list of real ciders. Put some sounds on the jukebox, order from the bar menu, a game of darts or pool? Take a seat in our huge beer garden – and the dog is more than welcome to join you, inside or out.

We often have entertainment on Saturday

nights and weekly Quiz on a Sunday. We are proud supporters of the Greyhound Trust.

If you’re looking for a pub that has been overly licked with chalk paint, serves food on a roof slate and asks what flavour tonic you’d like with your rhubarb gin, then it’s likely that we’re not for you!

We very much look forward to welcoming humble people to our traditional, olde-worlde abode!
